Why it has to be real
Most healthcare AI today is trained and evaluated on contrived data, the same data, or worse, synthetic data: invented patients, templated notes, and benchmarks that reward pattern-matching over judgment. Models that look competent on synthetic tests fail in the mess of real practice, where charts are incomplete, tasks interrupt each other, and the right answer depends on what actually happened next.
We take the harder path. Real-world evidence is slower to collect and harder to govern: actual clinical and operational records, verified outcomes, the full texture of how care runs. It is also the only foundation that produces models worth trusting with patient results.

How we work
Every partnership is different. Sometimes the value is joining our compensated expert network. Sometimes it is data, a workflow, a tool, or a unique body of knowledge. Often it is some combination of them. In select cases, we acquire the practice itself.
We work with partners to determine what can be shared, how it should be governed, and how the underlying knowledge can responsibly contribute to frontier model training and evaluation.
Governance
Healthcare and scientific ground truth deserves deliberate stewardship. We establish permissions, permitted uses, and restrictions appropriate to each partnership. We seek authorization, not access. If something cannot be shared cleanly, we would rather build the structure that makes it possible than work around it.
